Action to advertise a resolution with the intent to adopt, appointing

Walker Associates certified public accountants to conduct the townships
2004 audit of financial records.
Action on
the 2002 — 2003 wage tax audit report from Markovitz, Dugan & Associates.
Motion to set the time of the reorganization meeting to be held on
Monday, January 3, 2004.
Motion to approve a resolution appointing Lori Castle as agent for the
township in regards to the FEMA paperwork pertaining to the September 17th
flooding. This allows her to complete paperwork on behalf of the township.
Discussion/Action on the proposed change to the zoning text.
Discussion/Action on the Minimal Municipal Obligation in regards to the
Police Pension Plan. In 2005 the retirement fund will be under funded by over
$12,000.00.
