6. Old Business:
• Motion to
advertise the intent to adopt the Airport Zoning Ordinance.
• Appointment
to Zoning Board vacancy.
• Pleasant
\/iew Drive
Motion to authorize the
engineer and solicitor to come up with a feasibility plan to construct a
cul-de-sac for emergency access for the affected family.
7. New Business:
• Motion to get quotes from other financial
institutions in reference to the Police Pension Plan.
• Discussion on the Tyler Landscaping
invoice for installation of playground equipment.
• Motion to split the Foreign Fire Relief
money equally between Elrama Fire Department and Finleyville Fire Department.
• Motion to change the minimum requirements
for employment in regards to the Police Department.
• Motion to advertise, the acceptance of
applications for the employment of part time police officers.
• Motion to dispose of the old computer equipment that
is being stored at the office. None of this equipment works.
• Motion
to offer life insurance coverage to all supervisors. Some supervisors have the
insurance now. The cost is $348.00 per year.
• Motion to change July’s meeting date to
Monday, July 12th because of the holiday.
• The road department has
requested a new weed eater, Motion to authorize the expense.
• Motion to adopt a policy to conduct annual employee job evaluations.
• Motion to
authorize all additional expenses to complete accounting of township records to
be able to continue the 2003 audit.
• Motion to
approve the David A. Lenik Subdivision
• Motion to draft Ordinance #2 of 2004,
pertaining to recreation and advertise intent to adopt.
